Why Coaching?
If you have been feeling alone in the face of divorce, you are not alone anymore and there is a whole world waiting for you to discover it in this new stage of your life. As a life coach, I believe that you have the strength and answers inside yourself to rebuild yourself and achieve your goals.
None of us go into marriage thinking we will end up divorced and for those of us who end up faced with it, it is life-altering. These alterations can be either good, bad, or both, but they are rarely ever easy. Going through the process, there are a seemingly endless number of demands and hoops to jump through. The divorce process requires communication and cooperation to some degree and let’s face it, if we had that to begin with, we might not have ended up here! After your divorce is final, there are parenting plans to follow, bills to pay, communication about kids, a possible loss of friends and relationships, and generally, wondering, “Who the heck am I now?” The overwhelming tailspin of confusion, emotions, and exhaustion can make that question impossible to answer.
I have been through all of these transitions and more. Through coaching, I will encourage you and help you discover the strength and answers inside yourself to rebuild and achieve your goals. Together, our focus will be on your future and your success in whatever it is you want for yourself. And if you are still trying to figure out what it is you want, we will work on that too!
Transitions like marriage, divorce, pregnancy, adoption, moving, changing jobs, or empty nesting can be stressful. Together, we’ll focus on your priorities, help define your goals, help manage stress, and help you discover the strength and answers inside yourself to rebuild and achieve success.
